A New Motown Record: How an Innovative Direct Install Program is Engaging Detroit Neighborhoods Download 
The NESO team visited Detroit neighborhoods to raise awareness about the program and to set up appointments with customers. Customers were provided with fliers identifying the purpose of the program and sign-up forms to schedule appointments. As word spread, customer interest in HECs surpassed what could be scheduled in 2010.

And Now Over to Massachusetts: Developing Standardized NTG Approaches Download

As part of the study, evaluators revisited the 2003 standardized C&I free-rider and spillover methodology used by the Massachusetts PAs & conducted an extensive literature review of other methodologies being used across the nation.
